California Property Values Still on the Decline

Sept 3 – In 2010 California’s total property value has fallen by 1.8%. Los Angeles County reported a 1.8% decrease as well. Few cities are improving (48 out of 58 counties reported declining property value) but San Francisco is among the minority, reporting an increase of 2%. July 21, 2010- A tax credit designed to assist California home buyers doesn’t have the budget to meet the need.
